88wil Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "88wil" or "Platform": the website https://88wil.best and all its subdomains, applications, and associated services operated by the company responsible for the 88wil brand.
• "User" or "You": any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses 88wil's services.
• "Account": the personal, non-transferable profile created by the user upon registering on the 88wil platform.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's 88wil wallet for use in bets, games, and withdrawals.
• "Bonus": promotional credits granted by 88wil at no charge, subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable balance.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement": the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
• "Pix": the Brazilian Central Bank's instant payment system, and the primary deposit and withdrawal method at 88wil.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer): mandatory identity verification process required for withdrawals and to comply with legal and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "LGPD": General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018), the Brazilian legislation governing the processing of personal data.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account at the 88wil and use its services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age years of age on the date of registration. 88wil does not accept underage players under any circumstances.
2. Be an individual resident in Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
3. Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under Brazilian law (Civil Code, Law 10.406/2002).
4. Not appear on any financial services or gambling restriction list that 88wil is required to enforce.
5. Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee of 88wil or any of its game providers.

By completing the registration form, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and retention of any pending balances.

3 User Account

After your registration is approved, the 88wil creates an individual account linked to your CPF. This account is personal, non-transferable, and for the exclusive use of the registered holder.

1. Account security: you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. 88wil will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
2. Identity verification (KYC): 88wil may request identity documents (national ID, driver's license, or passport) and proof of address at any time, especially before the first withdrawal or for withdrawals above R$ 500.00. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Updating your details: it is your responsibility to keep your registration details up to date. Changes to your email, phone number, or address must be requested through support with proof of identity.
4. Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Balances in inactive accounts may be subject to maintenance fees, as notified in advance by email.

The 88wil reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that show suspicious activity, without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraud, match manipulation, or serious violations of these Terms.

4 Deposits

The balance available for betting and gaming on 88wil consists exclusively of funds deposited by the account holder. Third-party balances cannot be used.

1. Minimum deposit amount: R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) per transaction.
2. Accepted methods: Pix (instant), bank slip/boleto (up to 1 business day), Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions participating in the national financial system.
3. Ownership: all deposits must originate from a bank account, digital wallet, or card held in the name of the registered 88wil user. Deposits from third parties are automatically blocked and returned to the sender.
4. Credit timeframe: Pix deposits are credited within up to 5 minutes after confirmation by the Central Bank. Bank slip deposits are credited after banking confirmation, which may take up to 2 business days. Card deposits are subject to approval by the card issuer.
5. Anti-money laundering: 88wil monitors all financial transactions in compliance with Law 9.613/1998 (Anti-Money Laundering Law) and the regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil. Suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Every user of the 88wil with an available balance and completed identity verification may request a withdrawal at any time.

1. Minimum withdrawal amount: BRL 20.00 (twenty reais) per request.
2. Primary method: Pix to a bank account held in the registered account holder's name. Processing takes up to 10 minutes during business hours and up to 30 minutes outside those hours, for regular withdrawals.
3. KYC Verification: prior to the first withdrawal, 88wil may request identity documents and proof of address. Withdrawals above R$ 500.00 are always subject to additional verification.
4. Withdrawable balance vs. bonus balance: only real balance (not derived from a bonus with an unfulfilled rollover) may be withdrawn. Bonus balance must meet the wagering requirement before it can be converted into withdrawable funds.
5. Withdrawal method must match deposit method: In cases where source of funds verification is required, 88wil may require that the withdrawal be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
6. Fees: 88wil does not charge fees on regular Pix withdrawals. Withdrawals via other methods may be subject to fees charged by the respective financial institutions.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

The 88wil offers periodic promotions to its users, including a welcome bonus for new sign-ups. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read before accepting any offer.

1. Welcome bonus: available for the first deposit of new users. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are detailed on the promotions page active at the time of registration. The current welcome bonus is 100% on the first deposit up to R$ 500.00.
2. Rollover: every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount received, on bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
3. Validity period: unused bonuses, or those whose rollover has not been completed within the specified timeframe, expire automatically and are removed from the balance without compensation.
4. Contribution by game type: pre-game Sports Betting at odds above 1.50 contributes 100% toward the rollover. Live bets contribute 100%. Slots contribute between 50% and 100% depending on the provider. Table games and Live Casino generally contribute at a reduced rate. Crash games contribute 50%. Exact percentages are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
5. Abuse prohibition: any attempt to exploit bonuses in an illegitimate manner — such as betting on both sides of the same event, hedging across different accounts, or using automated systems — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
6. Accumulation: unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. A user may only hold one active bonus at a time.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at the 88wil cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball (Superliga), tennis (ATP/WTA), e-sports, and Formula 1. The following rules apply to all bets.

1. Bet registration: a bet is considered valid and binding only after confirmation is generated by 88wil's system with a reference number. Bets in processing are not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
2. Odds errors: in the event of an obvious technical error in the published odds (values that are clearly incorrect), 88wil reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the wagered amount to the user's balance, even if the bet has already been confirmed.
3. Cancelled or postponed events: bets on cancelled events are automatically refunded to the user's balance. Bets on events postponed by up to 48 hours remain valid; postponements exceeding 48 hours result in an automatic refund, unless otherwise stated in the specific market conditions.
4. Live Betting: 88wil is not liable for live data transmission delays that may influence real-time betting. Bets are accepted based on the information available at the moment of system confirmation.
5. Betting Limits: 88wil sets maximum bet limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. The platform reserves the right to adjust limits for specific users without providing a reason.
6. Bet settlement: results are settled based on the official results of the relevant competition. In the event of a dispute, the result communicated by the official governing body of the competition takes precedence.

8 Casino Games & Crash Games

The casino catalog of the 88wil includes slots, table games, Live Casino, crash games (such as Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and others), and skill-based games like poker. All games are subject to the following conditions.

1. Randomness & RNG: all games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories. Results are unpredictable, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by any action from 88wil or the user once a round has begun.
2. Provably Fair: crash games such as Aviator use provably fair technology, where the outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic hash published before the round begins and verifiable by the user afterward. 88wil cannot alter results retroactively.
3. Declared RTP: the return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information. These figures are periodically audited by independent entities to ensure accuracy.
4. Technical Failures: if a technical failure occurs during any game round, the bet will be refunded to the user's balance if the round cannot be completed normally. Connection failures on the user's end do not guarantee an automatic refund.
5. Table Games & Live Casino: the specific rules for each game (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, live poker) are displayed within the game environment before each round. In the event of a conflict between the rules shown in the game and this document, the rules displayed within the game environment shall prevail.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the services of the 88wil implies a commitment to refrain from any of the conduct listed below. Any violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of balances.

1. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or bypass restrictions.
2. Using automation software, bots, or any technology that simulates human actions on the platform.
3. Deliberately exploiting technical errors or system failures without notifying 88wil support.
4. Placing bets on both sides of the same event using different accounts in order to guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome (arbitrage).
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity.
6. Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with support.
7. Attempting to compromise the platform's security or accessing other users' data without authorization.
8. Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other players or members of 88wil's support team.

10 Account Closure

Both the user and the 88wil may close the account at any time.

1. At the user's request: you may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any available balance will be returned after KYC verification and review of pending bets, within up to 5 business days.
2. At 88wil's discretion: 88wil may close or suspend an account for violations of these Terms, suspicious activity, attempted fraud, or any other legitimate reason. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be held until the investigation is complete.
3. Self-exclusion: users who wish to step away from the platform for responsible gambling reasons may request a temporary self-exclusion (1 to 6 months) or a permanent one. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and no bets can be placed.

11 Privacy & LGPD

The 88wil processes users' personal data in full compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data collected: full name, CPF, date of birth, email, phone number, address, and financial transaction data. Additional information may be requested to comply with legal obligations (KYC/AML).
2. Purpose of data processing: data is used to provide contracted services, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve 88wil's services.
3. Data sharing: data is never sold to third parties. Sharing is limited to technology and payment providers required for platform operations, and to competent authorities when required by law.
4. Security: all connections are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Data is stored on secure servers with strict access controls.
5. Data subject rights: you have the right to access, correct, port, or request the deletion of your personal data, as provided under the LGPD. Requests should be sent to contato@88wil.best.

12 Responsible Gambling

The 88wil is committed to fostering a healthy and responsible entertainment environment. Betting and gaming should be treated as a form of leisure, never as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

1. Self-control tools: every user can set, directly in the account dashboard, daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; a per-session loss limit; and a temporary account pause for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
2. Self-exclusion: available for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, no commercial communications will be sent to the user.
3. Minors: 88wil requires mandatory CPF verification and date of birth at registration to prevent access by anyone under 18. If an underage registration is identified, the account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds returned, in accordance with applicable law.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, the 88wil is not responsible for:

1. Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user, regardless of the outcome.
2. Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party provider failures, or events beyond the platform's reasonable control (force majeure).
3. Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to the user's own failure to keep their credentials secure.
4. Content from any external links that may appear on the platform.
5. Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by failures of third-party financial institutions.

The maximum liability of the 88wil to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that caused the damage.

14 Changes to the Terms

The 88wil reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, industry regulations, or platform operations.

1. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered address at least 15 (fifteen) calendar days before taking effect.
2. Non-material changes (such as spelling corrections or document restructuring with no change to content) may be made without prior notice.
3. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.
4. The "Last updated" date in the header of this document always reflects the most recently published version.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular:

• Civil Code (Law 10.406/2002): contractual relationship between the user and the platform.
• Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990): protection of user rights as a consumer of digital services.
• LGPD (Law 13.709/2018): personal data processing and protection.
• Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law 9.613/1998): financial compliance obligations.
• Marco Civil da Internet (Law 12.965/2014): internet use and digital services in Brazil.

For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the sole competent jurisdiction, with the express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
